 കാഞ്ഞങ്ങാട്: കാലവര്ഷം കനത്തതോടെ ചിത്താരി കടപ്പുറത്ത് കടലാക്രമണം രൂക്ഷമായി. നിരവധി തെങ്ങുകള് കടലെടുത്തു. ഏഴ് വീടുകള് കടലാക്രമണ ഭീഷണിയില് ആണ്. പാഞ്ചാലി, മാധവി, അംബിക ചന്ദ്രന്, ശാന്ത, കാര്ത്ത്യായനി, ബാലകൃഷ്ണന്, ജാനകി എന്നിവരുടെ വീടുകള് ഏത് നിമിഷവും കടല് വിഴുങ്ങുമെന്ന ഭീഷണിയിലാണ്. നിരവധി തെങ്ങുകള് കടപുഴകാവുന്ന തരത്തിലാണുള്ളത്.
